I like very much the excerpt from Dear God and "what should've been"

Terry is just awesome and very very sexy

My defense of Terry is based only on what Mizuki said about him in the manga and novels.
I think that to understand a character we must understand the context and the thinking of his creator.
In this case, Terry is impulsive, it is true,it is in his character. But later Candy is grateful to him, for this I think that Mizuki did not want to give a negative valence to his act.
If you read the paragraph of the diary 10 May , you can see that after the May Festival Candy has thoughts of gratitude and love for Terry.
What I want mean is: Some people do not like the behavior of Terry, but Candy and Mizuki like it.
This is a difficult concept for me to express in another language, I hope it is clear.

In the manga with the forced horse ride Terry helps Candy to overcome the grief at the Anthony's death , then he takes care of Candy because she is injured. Terry is passionate and sweet, Candy is surprised and angry before, but in the end they are quiet sitting on the lawn.
When she thinks back to the kiss, it is a sweet thought.
I think this is a beautiful scene and Candy from now beginning to be aware of her feelings for Terry.

My favourite episode, I love Terry..... I l love how he listens Candy about his mother......I love Terry and Candy's ride.

However I must to say that I prefer the manga version of the ride, the day of the May festival after the kiss and slappings. Since that time their relationship changes.
